Florida HCAP

Florida HCAP (floridahcap.com) is a planning tool operated by Ruvos for the Northwest Florida Rural Hospital Collaborative and its member organizations. By signing in, you agree to these terms. Where your organization has a written agreement with Ruvos for Florida HCAP, that agreement governs and takes precedence over these terms.

Who may use Florida HCAP

Only people given an account by an administrator. Accounts are personal. Don't share your password or sign-in codes, and tell us promptly if you think your account has been used by someone else.

Acceptable use

  • Don't enter patient information. Florida HCAP is not designed to hold protected health information. Scenario names, notes and any other text you enter must not identify patients.
  • Use Florida HCAP only for your organization's planning work and in line with applicable law.
  • Don't try to access another organization's views or data, bypass sign-in or security controls, or probe, scan or test the service without Ruvos's written permission.
  • Don't overload the service, or copy its data in bulk by automated means.

The data and your decisions

Florida HCAP presents published public data and estimates derived from it. Sources are updated on their own schedules, and figures may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Florida HCAP supports planning. It is not medical, clinical, legal or financial advice, and decisions you make with it are your organization's own.

Your content

Scenarios and other work your organization creates belong to your organization. They are visible to your organization and to Ruvos administrators who operate the service. Ruvos uses them only to provide and support Florida HCAP.

Availability and changes

This is version 1 of Florida HCAP. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk. We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed.
